As your personal trainer, I will provide you with the guidance, support and professional exercise instruction to help you reach your individual fitness goals. If you are interested in improving your performance in a particular sport, looking for motivation to lose weight or make lifestyle changes to improve your overall health, then a personal trainer is right for you.
As your personal trainer, I will design a customized fitness program based on an initial fitness assessment and discussion of your health and fitness goals. I will monitor your achievements to continually match your changing needs and skills. I will provide you with the necessary one-on-one attention, expertise and emotional support to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
I made the decison to try a figure competition in May of 2008 and began training and dieting for a competition date in June. I learned quickly that dieting and training was only a small part of becoming a successful figure competitor. A large amount of emphasis is placed on presentation, stage presence and most importantly, posing. I am now a WNBF Figure Pro and have gained so much experience through competing, I can help you on your way to becoming a great competitor. I offer advice on posing, suit choice, your figure walk, tanning and overall stage presence and grace (all of which are so very important).
If you are wanting to gain lean muscle mass and sculpt your body, a weight training and muscle endurance program is just what you need. I can design a weight training program for you that will give you the results you desire and keep you motivated to come back to the gym.
Cardiovascular endurance is built up through exercises that increase the body's ability to deliver oxygen to working muscles. To achieve this, the exercise must use the large muscle groups (such as the legs) and most importantly, the exercise must be sustained. With regular aerobic exercise, your heart will be able to pump more blood and deliver more oxygen to the working muscles. As your heart gets stronger, your heart rate will decrease both at rest and during exercise.
If you don't like going to the gym and want to exercise in the privacy of your own home, I will come to you! With a few inexpensive pieces of fitness equipment, I will show you how to get an effective cardiovascular and muscle building workout in the privacy of your own home.
